Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the websites and AI event management platform provided by SnowTown Ventures Private Limited (“SnowTown”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to misuse it.

• No unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
• No attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• No uploading of content you do not have the right to use
• No reverse engineering except as permitted by law

3. Customer Data

You retain ownership of the event and attendee data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload attendee data and for complying with applicable privacy laws.

4. Plans and Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are due in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges. We may update plan features with reasonable notice.

5. Free Trials

Free trials are offered at our discretion and may change or end at any time. At the end of a trial, paid features may become unavailable unless you upgrade.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content provided by SnowTown remain our property or that of our licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand.

7. Service Availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Specific uptime commitments, where offered, are set out in a separate agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnowTown is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, we will make your data available for export for a limited period and then delete it, subject to legal requirements.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Maharashtra, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your region.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
