Yet the tools had not kept up. Planners were still juggling tabs, sticky notes, and scattered vendor emails. The last wave of software digitized the chaos. It did not remove it.
Our insight was simple. A new generation of AI could finally do the operational thinking, not just store data, but plan, react, and summarize like a capable teammate. Almost nobody was building event software that way from the ground up. Most were bolting a chatbot onto old products.
